数字教育学建设助推拔尖创新人才全量培养 被引量:1

The Construction of Digital Pedagogy Promotes the Full Cultivation of Top-notch Innovative Talents

摘要 伴随着人类进入数字时代,世界各国对拔尖创新人才的需求日趋强烈,当前选拔培养模式难以满足对拔尖创新人才更多数量和更高质量的需要。将全部学生作为拔尖创新人才培养对象,开展拔尖创新人才全量培养,成为现实选择。本文提出以拔尖创新人才全量培养为路径,以数字教育学建设推进拔尖创新人才全量培养为突破,让数字教育学和拔尖创新人才全量培养互为支撑、相互驱动,通过面向人人、面向群体、面向特殊个体的拔尖创新人才全量培养,实现拔尖创新人才在培养基数、数量和质量上的新突破,整体提升我国自主创新能力。 As humanity enters the digital age,the demand for top-notch innovative talents in various countries around the world is becoming increasingly strong.Relying on the current selection and training model,it is difficult to meet the demand for a larger number and higher quality of top-notch innovative talents.Therefore,it is an inevitable choice to cultivate all students as topnotch innovative talents and carry out a comprehensive training of top-notch innovative talents.This article proposes to take the full cultivation of top-notch innovative talents as the path,promote the full cultivation of top-notch innovative talents as a breakthrough through the construction of digital pedagogy,and support and drive each other through the full cultivation of topnotch innovative talents for everyone,groups,and special individuals.Through the full cultivation of top-notch innovative talents for everyone,groups,and individuals,a new breakthrough in the base,quantity,and quality of top-notch innovative talent cultivation can be achieved,Overall improvement of China's independent innovation capability.
