多元协作视域下生态学校建设的机制与价值——以中英生态学校项目为例

The Mechanism and Value of Constructing Ecological Schools from the Perspective ofMulti-Agent Cooperation:Taking China and the UK’s Eco-School as Example

摘要 建设生态学校是破解学校“非生态”问题的重要路径。以多元协作理念为指导,中英两国分别立足“跨国界环境教育对话的现实需要”与“整合学校环境教育实践的客观诉求”开始了生态学校建设行动,并形成了以共同协作和集体行动为表征的实践机制,即厘清引领机构及其权责打造行动的“三重保障”,建设学生中心“圆桌会议”释放儿童行动潜力,共商适切行动主题破解实践“筒仓效应”,以及共建课程资源促进生态教育持续内化。两国的生态学校建设行动集中体现了四重价值,包括推动系统规划与校本探索的协同配合、以全社会交互式协作促进全学校变革、兼顾主动与传统学习培养学生的生态思维以及通过整合相关教育理念提升学校行动效率。 Building ecological schools is an important way to solve the“non-ecological”problem of schools.Guided by the concept of multi-agent cooperation,China and the UK have respectively based on the“practical needs of cross-country environmental education dialogue”and“objective demands of integrating school environmental education practices”to start the construction of ecological schools,and formed a practical mechanism characterized by joint cooperation and collective actions.The construction projects include clarifying the“triple guarantee”of coordinating and leading institutions to build actions,constructing a student-centered“round table”to release children’s action potential,discussing appropriate action themes to solve“the silo effect”,and building plentiful curriculum resources to promote the sustainable internalization of ecological education.The two countries’ecological schools construction actions embody four values,including promoting the coordination of system planning and school-based exploration,boosting whole-school reform through interactive collaboration of the whole-society,cultivating students’ecological thinking by taking into account both active and traditional learning,and improving school action efficiency by integrating relevant education concepts.
