摘要
教学热情是教师付诸所授科目、所教学生的强烈的积极情感。戴杰思作为教师教学热情研究的代表性人物,立足关怀理论、情感智力理论及符号互动理论等多学科视角,阐释了教师教学热情的系统学说。教师教学热情由关怀、承诺与身份等要素构成,在个体动力和社会互动系统中生成与发展。为有效提振教师教学热情、化解教师专业发展中热情消退等困境,应以制度建设为抓手,以合作生态为支撑,以教师素养为依凭,确保教师教学热情的生成唤醒和功能彰显。
A passion for teaching is the teachers’love towards the subject they teach,and their students.As a representative figure in the study of teachers’passion for teaching,Christopher Day puts forward a comprehensive understanding of teachers’passion for teaching based on the caring theory,the emotional intelligence theory and the symbolic interaction theory.Teachers’passion for teaching consists of care,commitment and identity,which is generated and developed in the system of individual motivation and social interaction.In order to effectively boost teachers’passion for teaching and solve the dilemma of teachers’professional development,it is necessary to take institutional construction as the starting point,cooperative ecology as the support,and teachers’literacy as the basis to ensure the generation and awakening of teachers’passion for teaching and function display.
