摘要
工作压力是影响教师积极行为的重要变量。从抗逆力理论视角出发,考察工作压力对教师融合教育素养的影响机制,可以发现,工作压力对教师融合教育素养具有显著的正向预测作用;教师能动性在工作压力与教师融合教育素养之间具有部分中介作用;学校融合氛围对教师能动性和教师融合教育素养的关系产生正向调节作用,对融合氛围较积极的学校而言,教师能动性对教师融合教育素养的促进效应更为显著。提升教师融合教育素养,应倡导抗逆力理论视角下的教师专业发展,即“看到”适当工作压力的积极价值,进而挖掘教师成长潜能,充分发挥教师能动性的核心动力作用;积极创建和谐共生的学校融合氛围,使之成为教师融合教育素养提升的重要支撑。
Work stress is an important variable that affects teachers'positive behavior.This study,based on resilience theory,explores the effect of work stress on teachers'competence in inclusive education.The results show the following:Work stress had a significantly positive effect on the teachers competence in inclusive education;their agency could partially mediated between their work stress and their competence in inclusive education;the inclusive school climate could positively moderate the relationship between their agency and their competence in inclusive education;and in a school with a positive inclusive school climate,the teachers agency could significantly promote their competence in inclusive education.To promote teachers'competence in inclusive education,we need to advocate the professional development of teachers from the perspective of resilience theory;that is to say,we need to"see"the positive value of appropriate work stress,and thus tap the potential of teachers growth and give full play to their agency;and create a harmonious and inclusive school climate,and make it an essential support for the promotion of teachers'competence in inclusiveeducation.
