教育强国,教师是关键。构建中国特色高质量教师教育体系,应选人与学历相结合,健全教师教育的招生体系;师德与师能相结合,夯实教师教育的责任体系;师范院校与非师范院校相结合,建构以师范院校为中心的教师教育体系;达标与创新相结合,建设教师教育的高质量体系;校内与校外相结合,创建教师教育的开放体系;协同扶持与“优师计划”相结合,打造教师教育的支持体系;职前教育与职后培训相结合,完善教师教育一体化体系;教学与科研相结合,创设专业化教师教育的目标体系;教育需求与教师结构相结合,建立教师教育的编制体系;制度与立法相结合,筑牢教师教育的保障体系。

Teachers play a vital role in the building of a powerful country in education.To construct a high-quality teacher education system with Chinese characteristics,we need to consider"combining"the following:Combining talent selection with academic qualifications to enhance the enrollment system;combining teachers'ethics with their pedagogical competence to strengthen the responsibility system for teacher education;combining teacher training institutions with non-teacher training entities to build a teacher education system focusing on teacher training institutions;combining compliance with standards and innovation to build a high-quality teacher education system;combining on-campus and off-campus resources to establish an open teacher education system;combining coordinated support with the Excellent Teacher Program to create a system supporting teacher education;combining pre-service and post-service education to improve the integrated system for teacher education;combining teaching and scientific research to create a professional goal-based system for teacher education;combining educational requirements with teachers'structure to establish a staffing system for teacher education;and combining systems with legislation to consolidate the teacher education guarantee system.
