摘要
中关铁矿采区矿房围岩富水破碎,局部多含灰质泥岩,且存在连通性强的大裂隙及溶洞,致使该矿在建设生产过程中突发涌水、泥石流喷涌、片帮冒顶的现象常有发生,采矿效率低下,安全风险极大。本文根据该矿采区特点,采用综合防治水技术对其进行防治水实施,并进行了疏干放水试验。实施过程中运用了联合注浆加固技术,包括分层高压注浆工艺、粗骨料注浆工艺,配合间歇注浆方式,向富水破碎体注入注浆胶凝材料,控制浆液配比在0.5~0.8,注浆液搅拌时间≥5~6 min;根据不同矿岩的地质条件,采用不同的注浆材料。对于一般含水地层、富水破碎地层,往往向水泥浆液中添加5%(体积)的40波美度的水玻璃;对于岩溶裂隙发育(溶洞)地层,采用的注浆材料以水泥-尾矿砂混合浆液为主,水泥-水玻璃双液浆或化学浆液为辅,并配合粗骨料。此工艺可较好地解决富水破碎矿岩地段稳固性差、回采作业安全性差以及矿石损失贫化大等问题,有效提高矿石回采率和采矿效率,进而提升矿石品质,为富水破碎地下矿山的开采提供有力的技术支撑。
The surrounding rock of the mine in Zhongguan iron ore mining area is water-rich and broken,and there are mostly gray mudstones in some parts,and there are large fractures and caves with strong connectivity,resulting in sudden water gushing,debris flow gushing and topping in the construction and production process of the mine,which is inefficient and has great safety risks.According to the characteristics of the mining area,comprehensive water prevention and control technology was used to implement water prevention and control,and the water drainage and release test was carried out.In the implementation process,the joint grouting reinforcement technology is used,including layered high-pressure grouting process,coarse aggregate grouting process,and intermittent grouting method to inject grout cementitious material into the water-rich crusher,control the slurry ratio at 0.5~0.8,and the mixing time of the slurry is≥5~6 min;according to the geological conditions of different ores,different grouting materials are used.For general water-bearing strata and water-rich crushed strata,5%(volume)of 40 Baume water glass is often added to the cement slurry;for karst fracture development(cave)strata,the grouting material used is mainly cement-tailings mortar mixed slurry,cement-water glass double slurry or chemical slurry as a supplement,and coarse aggregate.This process can better solve the problems of poor stability of water-rich crushed ore lots,poor safety of mining operations and large dilution of ore loss,effectively improve ore recovery rate and mining efficiency,and then improve ore quality,provide strong technical support for the mining of water-rich crushed underground mines.
