河钢塞钢烧结系统工艺技术优化 被引量:1

摘要 对河钢集团塞钢公司新建烧结系统所采用的先进工艺技术和生产效果进行了阐述。河钢塞钢新建烧结系统集成了近年来我国铁矿粉烧结形成的一系列先进技术,如采用厚料层烧结技术、新型烧结料面点火炉技术、双浮动烧结机滑道密封技术、机械包容式环冷机密封技术,有效降低烧结过程能耗;新建了新型环保振动筛、电除尘以及环境除尘系统以及正压浓相除尘灰气力输送系统,解决了烧结生产过程的无组织排放;新建干法循环流化床(CFB)烧结烟气脱硫系统,降低了有害气体SO 2的排放量;采用移动平均技术和矢量技术,实现了烧结全自动配料和自动加水功能,有效减轻了岗位劳动强度。改造完成后,塞钢新烧结系统生产运行稳定,烧结料面已实现100%高炉煤气点火,烧结机最大台时产量250 t/h,烧结矿日产最高5500 t,基本杜绝了现场灰尘的无组织排放,烧结烟气排放达到或优于欧盟排放标准,现场生产环境和周边生活环境得到明显改善,各项技术经济指标均达到设计要求,推动了塞钢烧结技术的进步。 The advanced process technology and production effect adopted by HBIS Group Sebia Steel Company in the new sintering system are expounded.HBIS Group Sebia Steel Company's new sintering system integrates a series of advanced technologies formed by iron ore powder sintering in China in recent years,such as the use of thick material layer sintering technology,new sintering surface ignition furnace technology,double floating sintering machine slide sealing technology,mechanical inclusive ring cooler sealing technology,effectively reducing the energy consumption of the sintering process;new environmentally friendly vibrating screen,electrostatic precipitator and environmental dust removal system and positive pressure concentrated phase dust removal ash pneumatic conveying system were newly built to solve the fugitive emissions of the sintering production process;a new dry circulating fluidized bed(CFB)sintering flue gas desulfurization system was built to reduce the emission of harmful gas SO 2;sing moving average technology and vector technology,it realizes sintering automatic batching and automatic water addition function,effectively reducing the labor intensity of the post.After the completion of the transformation,the production and operation of the new sintering system is stable,the sintering material surface has achieved 100%blast furnace gas ignition,the maximum output of the sintering machine is 250 t/h,and the daily output of sinter ore is up to 5500 t,basically eliminating the fugitive emission of on-site dust,the sintering flue gas emission meets or is better than the EU emission standard,the on-site production environment and the surrounding living environment have been significantly improved,and the technical and economic indicators have met the design requirements,which has promoted the progress HBIS Group Sebia Steel Company sintering technology.
