丹参川芎嗪注射液联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of Danshen chuangxiong injection combined with calcium hydroxy benzenesulfonic acid in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy

目的探讨丹参川芎嗪注射液联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)的临床疗效。方法选取2018年3月至2020年3月于本院接受治疗的80例DR患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。对照组给予羟苯磺酸钙治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后视力变化情况、眼部血流动力学指标[动脉血流峰值速度(PSV)、微动脉阻力指数(RI)]及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为92.50%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组视力情况及眼部血流动力学指标比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组视力值、PSV均高于治疗前,视网膜厚度均小于治疗前、RI均低于治疗前,且观察组视力值、PSV均明显高于对照组,视网膜厚度均明显小于对照组、RI均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论丹参川芎嗪注射液联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗DR,可有效提高临床疗效,改善患者视力水平及眼部血流动力学指标,且安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Danshen chuanxiong injection combined with calcium hydroxybenzoate benzenesulfonic in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy(DR).Methods Eighty patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with retinopathy who received treatment in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given calcium hydroxybenzoate treatment,and the observation group was given Danshen chuanxiong injection combined treatment based on the control group,the clinical efficacy,visual acuity changes,ocular hemodynamic indexes(peak arterial flow velocity[PSV],arteriolar resistance index[RI])before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.50%,which was higher than 75.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in visual acuity and ocular hemodynamics between the two groups;after treatment,visual acuity value and PSV of the two groups were higher than before treatment,retinal thickness was lower than before treatment,RI was lower than before treatment,and visual acuity value and PSV in observation group were significantly higher than control group,retinal thickness was significantly lower than control group,RI was lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Danshen chuanxiong injection combined with calcium isobenesulfonic acid in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy can effectively improve clinical efficacy,improve the patient's visual acuity and ocular hemodynamic indicators,and is safe and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
