糖皮质激素冲击疗法治疗重症肌无力的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of glucocorticoid shock therapy in the treatment of myasthenia gravis

目的探讨糖皮质激素冲击疗法治疗重症肌无力的临床疗效。方法选取2018年6月至2020年6月本院收治的64例重症肌无力患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与实验组,各32例。对照组给予溴吡斯的明和硫唑嘌呤口服治疗,实验组在对照组治疗基础上行糖皮质激素冲击疗法治疗,比较两组临床疗效、血清抗乙酰胆咸受体(AchR)抗体及不良反应发生情况。结果实验组治疗总有效率为96.88%,明显高于对照组的68.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组血清抗AchR抗体水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论糖皮质激素冲击疗法协同溴吡斯的明、硫唑嘌呤等常规药物治疗重症肌无力患者,可显著提升疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of glucocorticoid shock therapy in the treatment of myasthenia gravis.Methods 64 patients with myasthenia gravis admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as research subjects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was given oral treatment with bropirostigmine and azathioprine,while the experimental group was treated with glucocorticoid shock therapy based on the control group,the clinical efficacy,serum anti-acetylcholine receptor(AchR)antibody levels and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was 96.88%,which was significantly higher than 68.75%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum anti-aAchR antibody in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Glucocorticoid shock therapy combined with bropiroxamine,azathioprine and other conventional drugs in the treatment of myasthenia gravis patients can significantly improve the efficacy,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
