The role of seamless management in the management of external instrument in disinfection supply centers

目的分析无缝隙管理在消毒供应中心外来器械管理中的作用。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月江苏大学附属医院外来器械420件,消毒管理人员22名作为研究对象,其中2019年1月至12月外来器械为对照组,2020年1月至12月外来器械为观察组,每组210件。对照组实行常规管理,观察组实行无缝隙管理,比较两组器械清洗质量、管理效果、工作效率及满意度。结果观察组返洗包数、丢失器械数及平均每包返洗器械数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组清洗不合格件数、包装不合格件数占比均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组工作效率、满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消毒供应中心对外来器械进行无缝隙管理,不仅可降低返洗、丢失情况,也可提升包装和清洗合格率、工作效率、医师及手术室满意度。

Objective To analyze the role of seamless management in the management of external instrument in disinfection supply centers.Methods From January 2019 to December 2020,420 foreign instruments and 22 disinfection management personnel from Affiliated Hospital of Jiangsu University were selected as the study subjects,including foreign instruments from January to December 2019 as the control group,and foreign instruments from January to December 2020 as the observation group,with 210 pieces in each group.The control group was subject to routine management,the observation group implemented seamless management,and the cleaning quality,management effect,work efficiency and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The number of backwashing packages,the number of lost devices and the average number of devices per package in the observation group were less than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of unqualified cleaning and packaging in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The work efficiency and satisfaction scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The seamless management of external instruments in the disinfection supply center can not only reduce backwashing and loss,but also improve the qualification rate of packaging and cleaning,work efficiency,and satisfaction of doctors and operating rooms.
