猫爪草质量控制现状及标志物预测分析

摘要 猫爪草因其抗结核、抗癌作用显著而备受关注,主要含有多糖类、黄酮类、苷类、有机酸及挥发油等化学成分,现代研究表明,猫爪草具有抗炎、抑菌、抗氧化、保肝等药理活性,应用前景广阔。中药质量是保证中药临床应用安全有效的前提,完整的猫爪草质量评价体系对于河南道地药材的资源开发具有重要意义。在概括猫爪草质量控制现状的同时,结合质量标志物(Quality Marker,Q-Marker)的核心概念,从不同产地及采收期、复方配伍、新药用功效、不同制剂角度对猫爪草的Q-Marker进行预测分析。结果发现,河南产地的猫爪草多糖、游离酸、氨基酸含量高,在秋后或春季刚出苗时采挖质量最好,与其传统功效及拓展功效相关药理作用的活性成分主要为多糖和皂苷类成分,猫爪草配伍及不同制剂的潜在质量标志物为萜类、挥发性、黄酮类成分;网络药理学初步预测出β-谷甾醇、邻苯二甲酸正丁异辛酯、维太菊苷、亚油酸乙酯、7-O-甲基圣草酚等成分可作为猫爪草Q-Marker的候选化合物,为猫爪草质量控制研究现状提供参考,同时为完善猫爪草的质量评价体系提供理论依据。 Mao Zhao Cao(Ranunculi Ternati Radix)has attracted much attention due to its remarkable anti-tuberculosis and anti-cancer effects,mainly containing polysaccharides,flavonoids,glycosides,organic acids,volatile oil and other chemical components.Modern studies show that Mao Zhao Cao(Ranunculi Ternati Radix)has anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,antioxi-dant,liver protection and other pharmacological activities,and has broad application prospects.The quality of traditional Chinese medicine is the premise to ensure the safety and effectiveness of clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine.A complete quality evaluation system of Mao Zhao Cao(Ranunculi Ternati Radix)is of great significance for the resource development of Henan genuine medicinal materials.In this paper,while summarizing the status quo of quality control of Mao Zhao Cao(Ranuncu-li Ternati Radix),combined with the core concept of quality marker(Q-marker),the Q-marker of Mao Zhao Cao(Ranunculi Ternati Radix)was predicted and analyzed from the perspectives of different origin and harvest period,compound compatibility and efficacy of new drugs and different preparations.The results showed that the contents of polysaccharides,free acids and amino acids were high,and the quality of extraction was the best in autumn or spring when the seedlings were emerging.The active in-gredients related to the traditional effect and expansion effect were mainly polysaccharide and saponins,and the potential quality markers of the compatibility and different preparations were terpenoids,volatile compounds and flavonoids.The network pharma-cology predicted thatβ-sitosterol,n-butyl-isooctyl phthalate,vitathrin,ethyl linoleate,7-O-methylphenolol and other com-ponents could be used as the candidate compounds for the Q-marker of Mao Zhao Cao(Ranunculi Ternati Radix),which provid-ed reference for the research status of quality control of Mao Zhao Cao(Ranunculi Ternati Radix)and also provided theoretical basis for improving the quality evaluation system of Mao Zhao Cao(Ranunculi Ternati Radix).
