膝关节骨关节炎患者辅以玻璃酸钠注射液治疗的效果及对其Lysholm评分的影响

Effect of Sodium Hyaluronate Injection on Lysholm Score in Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis

目的 探讨玻璃酸钠注射液治疗膝关节骨关节炎患者的疗效及对其Lysholm评分的改善。方法 选取2020年05月-2022年05月收治的66例膝关节骨关节炎患者按随机数字表分为两组,给予对照组(33例)患者洛索洛芬钠治疗,在此基础上,给予观察组(33例)患者璃酸钠注射液治疗,观察两组患者临床症状积分、膝关节功能、病情缓解情况以及血清炎性因子等指标水平变化情况。结果 治疗后,观察组关节功能、肿胀及压痛评分均较对照组更低(P<0.05);观察组患者Lysholm与WOMAC评分均较对照组更优(P<0.05);观察组患者sIL-4R、IL-1及IL-4等水平均显著更低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 膝关节骨关节炎患者临床治疗中给予玻璃酸钠注射液,可有效改善其临床症状,提升其膝关节功能,并能缓解其炎症反应,促进病情康复速度,获得显著的治疗有效性。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of sodium hyaluronate injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis and the improvement of Lysholm score.Methods From May 2020 to May 2022,66 patients with osteoarthritis of knee joint were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(N=33)was treated with Loxoprofen sodium,the patients in the Observation Group(33 cases)were treated with sodium hyaluronate injection,and the changes of clinical symptom scores,knee joint function,condition remission and serum inflammatory factors were observed.Results After treatment,the scores of joint function,swelling and tenderness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of Lysholm and Womac in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of sIL-4R,IL-1 and IL-4 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Sodium hyaluronate injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,improve the knee joint function,relieve the inflammatory reaction and accelerate the recovery of the disease,to achieve significant therapeutic effectiveness.
