国内外科技人才研究领域合作网络及主题分析 被引量:2

Analysis on cooperation networks and research themes of domestic and overseas research fields on science and technology talents

摘要 人才是创新的第一资源。国内外以科技人才为对象的研究已经取得了一定成果,形成了稳定的研究领域。文章基于Web of Science数据库和中国知网数据库,运用文献计量、社会网络分析和战略坐标分析等方法对从事科技人才研究的学者合作模式和研究主题进行分析。结果发现,科技人才相关研究整体增长趋势明显,覆盖学科范围广泛,以欧美国家为主导。该领域国际学者交流合作密切,研究模式呈现“小世界”合作组织特征;研究主题相对集中,但新颖性和热点研究较少。国内学者交流合作较少,研究模式呈现“小圈子”合作组织特征;研究主题相对分散,但新颖性和热点研究较多。基于上述分析结果,提出研究启示与建议。 Talents are the primary resource of science and technology innovation.Research on domestic and foreign scientific and tech⁃nological talents has made some achievements and formed a stable research field.Based on the Web of Science database and CNKI da⁃tabase,this paper uses the methods of bibliometrics,social network analysis and strategic coordinate analysis to analyze the scholars'cooperation mode and hot content of science and technology talents research.It is found that the overall growth trend of related research on science and technology talents is obvious,covering a wide range of disciplines,with European and American countries in the leading position.International scholars in this field have close exchanges and cooperation,and the research mode presents the characteristics of"small world"network;The research topics are relatively concentrated,but with less novelty and hot research.There are less exchan⁃ges and cooperation between domestic scholars,and the research mode presents the characteristics of"small circle"network;The re⁃search topics are relatively scattered,but there are many novelty and hot spots.Based on the above analysis results,the research en⁃lightenment and suggestions are putting forward.
