摘要
针对工程造价控制难度大的问题,提出将BIM技术应用于造价控制中。阐述BIM技术在建筑信息实时共享、精细管理方面的优势,以及其在造价控制中的应用策略,介绍BIM技术在决策、设计、招投标、施工与竣工阶段的应用要点,进而实现对工程项目造价的合理控制。
In view ofthe dificulty of engineering cost control,this paper puts forward the aplication of BIM technology in cost control.This paper expounds the advantages of BIM technology in real-time sharing of building information and fine management,as well as its application strategy in cost control,and introduces the application points of BIM technology in decision-making,design,bidding,construction and completion stages,s0 as to achieve reasonable control of project cost.
