Analysis on Common Quality Problems of Concrete in Building Construction and Preventive Measures

针对房屋建筑施工存在的混凝土质量通病多的问题,结合光环新网宝坻云计算基地项目案例,提出加强混凝土质量把控、规范混凝土施工流程等预防措施,进而有效避免混凝土离析、坍落度下降、表面干缩裂纹、钢筋外露等质量通病。

In view of the common problems of concrete quality existing in housing construction,combined with the project case of Baodi Cloud Computing Base,this paper puts forward preventive measures such as strengthening concrete quality control and standardizing concrete construction process,so as to eftivele avoid concrete segregation,slump decline,surface dry shrinkage cracks,exposed steel bars and other common quality problerms.
