Design and application of a residency training management system in a tertiary hospital

随着住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)管理要求的不断提高,通过信息化系统提升管理质量已逐渐成为医院住培管理工作的重中之重。该文介绍了中国科学技术大学附属第一医院(安徽省立医院)住培管理系统建设的基本原则及主要模块设计,总结分析了信息化系统在住培管理工作中的实际应用及对住培管理质量提升的作用与价值。初步探讨了医院住培管理系统存在的问题及未来需改进升级的方向,为进一步提高住培管理效率和质量提供参考。

With the continuous improvement of management requirements for standardized resident training(referred to as residential training),improving management quality through information system has gradually become the top priority of hospital residential training management.This paper introduces the basic principles and main module design of residential training management system in the First Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China(Anhui Provincial Hospital),summarizes and analyzes the practical application of information system in residential training management and the value of improving the quality of residential training management.This paper preliminarily discussed the direction of upgrading the hospital residential training management system in the future,and further promoted the improvement of the efficiency and quality of residential training management.
