Strategies and practices for safety management of shared scientific research and experiment center in comprehensive hospital

目的:探讨综合性医院科研实验中心安全管理问题和应对策略。方法:通过查阅文献剖析当前国内科研实验中心的安全管理现状及可能存在的问题和隐患,结合所在科研实验中心实践经验,提出应对策略。结果:提出的实验室安全管理策略在所在医院实践有效,至今未发生相关的安全事件。结论:科研实验室安全问题不容忽视,医院应重视实验室的安全管理,并结合医院实际采取有效的安全管理策略,保障科研实验室安全有效运行。

Objective:This study aimed to explore the safety management problems and coping strategies for the scientific research and experiment center of comprehensive hospitals.Methods:This study describes the current situation and hidden troubles of safety management problems in the scientific research and experiment center of our country through literature review,and puts forward coping strategies and practical experience according to the actual situation of our hospital.Results:The safety management strategies is effective in practice in our hospital.And so far,no safety incidents has occurred.Conclusion:The safety of laboratories should not be ignored.Laboratory safety management should be taken seriously by the hospital and corresponding strategies need to be implemented in conjunction with the actual situation to ensure the safe and effective operation in laboratories.
