基于提升药品零售企业药学服务能力的人才培养模式实践与探索

Practice and exploration of talent cultivation mode aiming at enhancing pharmacy service capability of drug retail enterprises

目的:探讨如何培养适应新形势下的药品零售行业药学服务技能型人才。方法:结合教学改革实践论述,以高职高专药学专业学生为培养对象,校企深度合作,实施基于提升药品零售企业药学服务能力的人才培养模式实践与探索。结果:人才培养模式改革取得成效,人才培养规格更有利于满足药品零售行业岗位需求。结论:校企联合订单培养药学服务技能型人才,对培养适应新形势下的药品零售行业药学服务技能型人才,缓解药品零售门店数量快速增长和药学服务水平提升缓慢间的突出矛盾具有重要意义。

Objective:To improve the competence of pharmaceutical care,and cultivate skillful talents who can adapt to the pharmacy service in drug retail industry under the new situation.Methods:Taking higher vocational college pharmacy students as the training objects,the university and enterprises cooperate deeply to implement the practice and exploration of talent cultivation mode aiming at enhancing the pharmacy service ability in drug retail enterprises.Results:The reform of the talent cultivation model has achieved good results,The specification of talent training is more conducive to meet the demands of pharmaceuticalretail industry positions.Conclusion:The joint cultivation of pharmacy service talents by schools and enterprises makes the talent cultivation specifications more conducive to meeting the job requirements,and is of great significance in cultivating pharmacy service talents adapting to the new situation,and in alleviating the outstanding contradiction between the rapidly growing number of drug retail shops and the slow improvement of pharmacy service.
