集束化管理对护士手卫生执行效果的影响

The impact of cluster management on the implementation rate of hand hygiene among nurses

目的:探讨在全院的护士中应用集束化管理对于手卫生执行率的具体效果。方法:在某医院全院的护士中随机抽取80例护士作为研究对象,通过随机数字分配法分为两组,对照组40例护士接受常规卫生管理;观察组40例护士接受集束化管理,对两组护士干预前后手卫生依从率、手卫生正确率、护士管理患者感染率进行分析。结果:干预前,观察组护士手卫生依从率、正确率和对照组接近(P>0.05);干预后,观察组护士手卫生依从率、正确率、护士管理的患者感染率情况都优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:目前在血透室护士手卫生执行方面还存在一定弊端,实施集束化管理应用十分必要,护士手卫生执行效果更好。

Objective:To explore the specific effect of cluster management on the implementation rate of hand hygiene among nurses in hemodialysis room.Methods:80 nurses from the entire hospital were selected and named as a control group using random number allocation method,with 40 patients receiving routine health management;The observation group consisted of 40 patients who underwent cluster management.The compliance rate,accuracy rate,and infection rate of hand hygiene before and after intervention between the two groups of nurses were compared and analyzed.Results:Before the intervention,the compliance rate and correct rate of nurses'hand hygiene in the observation group were close to those in the control group(P>0.05).After the intervention,the compliance rate and correct rate of nurses'hand hygiene in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:At present,there are still some disadvantages in the implementation rate of hand hygiene of nurses in hemodialysis room,among which the application of cluster management is very necessary and has better effect in the long run,so it should be widely used in this field.
