负压吸引联合PDE-5i治疗糖尿病性勃起功能障碍的临床观察

Clinical observation of vacuum erection devices combined with PDE--5i in the treatment of diabetic erectile dysfunction

目的:探讨针对糖尿病性勃起功能障碍(DIED),负压吸引装置(VED)与PDE-5i联合治疗的有效性与安全性。方法:抽取60例DIED患者,采用随机数字表法随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组各30例,对照组:他达拉非5 mg,口服,每日1次,1个疗程为8周。治疗组:他达拉非5 mg,口服,每日1次,在此治疗的基础上联合VED(每周3次,连续8周)治疗;观察患者的IIEF-5评分,未勃起时阴茎长度和周径,勃起硬度等级,患者和配偶在治疗前和治疗后的性生活满意度。结果:对照组治疗后阴茎长度和周径无明显改善(P>0.05);经治疗组处理后,上述指标较以前有所改善(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后IIEF-5评分、阴茎勃起硬度和患者及配偶满意度均较治疗前有所提高(P<0.05),与对照组(P<0.05)相比,治疗组(P<0.05)的改善程度明显优于对照组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:负压吸引联合PDE-5i治疗方案能使DIED患者阴茎长度和周径及勃起硬度有明显改善,其IIEF-5评分提高,使患者及配偶对性生活满意度提高,对勃起信心增强,疗效确切,无明显副作用,是目前临床上较好的治疗方法之一,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of vacuum erection devices(VED)combined with PDE-5i in the treatment of diabetic erectile dysfunction(DIED).Methods:Sixty patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The control group was given tadalafil 5mg once a day for 8 weeks.The treatment group was treated with vacuum erection devices therapy for 8 weeks on the basis of the control group.international index of erectile function(IIEF-5),the length and girth of the penis,erection hardness and sexual satisfaction of patients and their spouses before and after the treatment were compared.Results:The length and girth of the penis of treatment group increased unobvious(P>0.05),however control group were markedly increased(P<0.05).IIEF-5 and erection hardness of two groups after treatment were all increased obviously(P<0.05),and the effect of control group was better than treatment group.Sexual satisfaction of both patients and their spouses in two groups were all increased obviously(P<0.05),The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined treatment of VED and PDE-5i therapy can significantly increase the length and girth of the penis,IIEF-5 and erection hardness as well as sexual satisfaction,which is worthy of being widely applied in clinic.
