皮肤镜微观显像技术在皮肤病学教学中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨皮肤影像数据库的显微成像技术在皮肤病学教学中的应用效果。方法:分别选取2017级临床专业实习同学47名为研究组,选取2016级临床专业实习同学50名为对照组。对照组运用传统教学方法辅助多媒体手段,系统讲述基本理论知识、按照教学大纲要求逐章系统讲授。研究组贯穿以皮肤镜影像数据库为基础的微观显像技术应用的教学方法。采用理论考试和问卷调查的方法评估两组的教学效果。结果:研究组学生出科考试的试卷成绩和临床实践考核成绩均高于对照组学生(P<0.01),其满意度高于对照组学生(P<0.01)。研究组学生对该教学方法的兴趣、以此加深对教材的记忆、锻炼临床思维等效果均高于对照组学生(P<0.01)。结论:以皮肤镜微观显像为基础的教学模式能让学生更进一步深入了解和掌握皮肤病学诊断知识和能力。 Objective:To explore the application effect of skin image database combined with PBL in dermatology teaching;Methods:Forty-seven clinical internship students from the class of 2017 were selected as the study group and fifty equivalents from the class of 2016 were selected as the control group,respectively.Control group used the microscopic imaging of the skin image database to systematically explain the basic theoretical knowledge and auxiliary multimedia through the traditional teaching methods,and taught chapter by chapter according to the requirements of the syllabus.At the same time,research group ran through the teaching method of innovative ideas based on the dermatoscope image database.The teaching effects of the two groups were evaluated by theoretical examination and questionnaire survey.Results:the results of graduation examination of the students in the study group were better than those in the control group,The interest in this teaching method,whether it can deepen the memory of textbooks,and whether it can exercise clinical thinking of the research group students are all higher than those of the control group students(P<0.01).Conclusion:the combination of Dermatology database based on dermatoscope and PBL teaching method can help students further understand and master dermatology and venereology.
