临床医学专业型研究生科研能力培养现状的调查研究

Research on the cultivation of scientific research ability in professional postgraduate students of clinical medicine

目的:通过对某院临床医学专业学位型研究生科研培养能力现状的调查,探索更加合适的专业学位型研究生培养模式。方法:自制临床医学专业学位型研究生科研培养现状调查表,调查内容包括:参与科研活动的意愿程度及时间,参与的科研活动形式,发表学术论文情况。结果:双轨合一模式下,某院临床医学专业学位型研究生的科研意愿积极,但从事科研时间较少,科研成果不理想。结论:提高临床医学专业学位型研究生科研水平需要国家、学校、导师、学生四位一体共同努力创造合适的机制及科研环境,实现专硕研究生临床水平与科研能力共同提高,进一步推动专硕研究生教育良性化发展。

Objective:To explore a more appropriate cultivating mode for professional degree postgraduates through the investigation of current situation of scientific research and training of clinical medicine graduate students in our hospital.Methods:Several aspects are investigated from professional postgraduates in our hospital including forms,willingness and time to participate in scientific research activities,published academic papers.Results:Under the dual-track integration mode,Most of the postgraduate students of clinical medicine are actively willing to do research,but they spend less time on research,and the quantity and quality of their research results are unsatisfactory.Conclusion:To improve the scientific research level of clinical medicine postgraduate students,it is necessary for the country,schools,tutors and students to work together to create an appropriate mechanism and scientific research environment,to achieve the coordinated development of clinical level and scientific research ability of professional postgraduate students,and to further promote the better development of professional postgraduate education.
