低FODMAP饮食治疗少儿肠易激综合征的研究

Low FODMAP diet in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome in children

目的:探究对肠易激综合征少儿患者施以低FODMAP饮食治疗后对其相关指标的影响。方法:选取医院收治的80例肠易激综合征少儿,采用随机数字表法将所有患者分为两组,每组40例,对照组采用常规饮食治疗,研究组予以低FODMAP饮食治疗,比较两组患者的IBS症状严重程度(IBS-SSS)评分、生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOL-74)评分、治疗疗效。结果:研究组患者治疗后的IBS-SSS评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后的GQOL-74评分比较,研究组患者的GQOL-74评分显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者的治疗疗效与对照组相比显著更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:低FODMAP饮食的应用,可以有效减轻肠易激综合征少儿患者的临床症状,对于少儿患者生活质量的提升效果也很明显,可在临床推行应用。

Objective:To explore the effects of low fodmap diet on the related indexes of irritable bowel syndrome in children.Method:A total of 80 children with irritable bowel syndrome admitted to hospital were selected.By using random number table method,all children were divided into two groups,with 40 children in each group.The control group received conventional diet treatment,while the research group received low-FODMAP diet treatment.The IBS symptom severity(IBS-SSS)score,GQOL-74 score and therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared.Results:The IBS-SSS score of the study group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group,which could be measured statistically(P<0.05).The GQOL-74 score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group after treatment,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the therapeutic effect of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of low fodmap diet can provide some scientific basis for doctors to diagnose and treat related diseases.At the same time,it can also effectively reduce the clinical symptoms of children with irritable bowel syndrome.The effect is well recognized by people,and the effect of improving the quality of life of children is also obvious.
