四步训练嗓音矫治对声带良性病变患者的效果

Effects of four step training voice correction in patients with benign vocal cord lesions

目的:探讨声带良性病变患者采用四步训练嗓音矫治的效果。方法:选取医院收治的78例声带良性病变患者,以随机数字表法分成干预组(39例,四步训练嗓音矫治干预)与对照组(39例,常规护理干预),对两组嗓音障碍程度[嗓音障碍指数量表(VHI-30)]、频闪喉镜相关指标、发声空气动力学检测指标及发音功能进行比较。结果:两组患者干预后VHI-30(生理、情感、功能)评分降低(P<0.05),干预组评分较对照组更低(P<0.05);干预组患者声门闭合程度、声带边缘对称性、声带黏膜波、声带振动周期规律性评分较对照组更低(P<0.05);干预组患者最长发声时间(MPT)较对照组更长(P<0.05),平均气流率(MFR)更低(P<0.05);干预组患者发音功能总恢复率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:四步训练嗓音矫治应用于声带良性病变患者中,能够改善嗓音障碍程度、频闪喉镜相关指标、发声空气动力学检测指标,改善发音功能。

Objective:To explore the effect of four step training in patients with benign vocal cord lesions.Methods:A total of 78 patients with benign vocal cord diseases who were admitted in hospital were selected,and divided into the intervention group(39 cases,four step voice training intervention)and the control group(39 cases,routine nursing intervention)by random number table method.The degree of voice disorder(VHI-30),related indicators of stroboscope,vocal aerodynamics detection indicators and vocal function of the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,the VHI-30(physiological,emotional,and functional)scores in both groups were decreased(P<0.05),and in comparision of the control group,the intervention group was lower(P<0.05).In comparision of the control group,the scores of the glottic closure,vocal fold edge symmetry,vocal fold mucosal waves,and vocal fold vibration cycle regularity of the intervention group were lower(P<0.05).In comparision of the control group,the MPT of the intervention group was longer(P<0.05),and MFR was lower(P<0.05).In comparision of the control group,the total recovery rate of pronunciation function in the intervention group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of four step voice training in patients with benign vocal cord lesions can improve the degree of voice disorder,the related indicators of stroboscope and the aerodynamic detection indicators of voice production,and improve the pronunciation function.
