摘要
气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备中盆式绝缘子表面的金属异物会使其发生放电事故。采用扫描电镜及能谱分析等方法对该异物的化学成分进行分析,并进行了铝丝放电试验,确定了异物的来源。结果表明:当盆式绝缘子表面Al元素的含量大于盆式绝缘子本体的Al元素含量时,可以确定异物为外来铝材料吸附在盆式绝缘子表面,并产生放电所致。
The metal foreign matter on the surface of the basin insulator in the gas insulated switchgear would cause discharge accidents.The chemical composition of the foreign body was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis,and the aluminum wire discharge test was carried out to determine the source of the foreign body.The results show that when the content of Al element on the surface of the basin insulator was greater than that of the basin insulator body,it could be determined that the foreign matter was caused by the adsorption of foreign aluminum material on the surface of the basin insulator and the discharge.
