摘要
十二烯基丁二酸酐中马来酸酐含量的测定对控制产品质量尤为重要。该文采用高效液相色谱法,样品经甲醇溶解后进入ShimNex CS ODS-C18色谱柱分离、定性,结合紫外检测波长210 nm条件下所得色谱图的峰面积,采用外标法计算样品中游离马来酸酐的含量。试验结果表明马来酸酐的质量浓度与相对应的峰面积有较好的线性关系。由此,可以定性、定量分析十二烯基丁二酸酐中马来酸酐的含量。该方法的加标回收率为98.04%~100.88%,相对标准偏差小于2.5%,具有操作简便、快捷、准确度高的特点,可以满足实际生产中的检测需求。
Determination of the maleic anhydride content in dodecenyl succinic anhydride is particularly important for controlling product quality.In the paper,high performance liquid chromatography is used.After the sample is dissolved in methanol,it is separated and identified by a ShimNex CS ODS-C18 chromatographic column.The free maleic anhydride in the sample is calculated by external standard method with the peak area of the resulting chromatogram under the condition with a detection wavelength of 210 nm.The experimental results show that there is a good linear relationship between the mass concentration of maleic anhydride and the corresponding peak area.Therefore,the content of maleic anhydride in dodecenyl succinic anhydride can be qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed.The spike recovery rate of the method is 98.04%~100.88%,and the relative standard deviation is less than 2.5%,and it features of simple operation,rapidness and high accuracy and can meet the detection requirements in actual production.
