摘要
智能化是防洪调度系统发展主要方向,知识驱动是主要手段之一。根据“需求牵引,应用至上”原则,沂沭泗水利管理局在数字孪生南四湖二级坝先行先试项目中,构建了面向防洪调度的南四湖水系知识平台,利用知识驱动提升南四湖防洪“四预”功能,提高了防洪调度系统的智能化水平。从降雨、预报、预警、预演、预案、调度各环节,以知识推送提高防洪调度系统输入、计算、输出能力,替代了传统信息系统人工输入为主的系统模式,为洪水预报、防汛会商、调度决策等提供了有力的技术支撑。
Intelligence is the main direction of developing regulation system for flood control,and knowledge driven shall be one of the important tools.According to the principle of“demand-driven and application-oriented”,Yishusi Water Resources Management Bureau has created a knowledge-based platform for flood control and regulation,along with the construction of pilot project of digital twin Nansi Lake secondary dam.Taking the advantages of the knowledge to enhance the“four pres”function,the level of intelligence has been enhanced in flood control system of the Nansi Lake.From the aspects of rainfall,forecast,early warning,rehearsal,plan and dispatching,knowledge push is used to improve the input,calculation and output of flood control dispatching system,replacing the traditional system mode dominated by manual input of information system,and providing strong technical support for flood forecasting,flood control consultation and dispatching decision-making.
