巴拉水电站采用混合式开发,拦河坝为混凝土面板堆石坝,以其独特的安全性、经济性和适应性受到广泛的关注。堆石体的填筑施工质量控制对工程的顺利完成至关重要,有效的质量监督措施是质量得以保证的前提条件。本文在介绍坝体结构设计和填筑设计指标的基础上,依据面板堆石坝相关质量控制规范,结合巴拉水电站面板堆石坝现场实际施工情况,对坝体填筑过程中监理工作程序、监理工作控制要点及质量检查进行了总结,可供业内同行参考。

The Bala Hydropower Station adopts a hybrid development,with a concrete face rockfill dam as the dam for blocking the river.It has received widespread attention for its unique safety,economy,and adaptability.The quality control of the rockfill filling construction is crucial for the smooth completion of the project,and effective quality supervision measures are a prerequisite for ensuring quality.On the basis of introducing the structural design and filling design indicators of the dam body and quality control specifications of face rockfill dams,combined with the actual construction situation of the face rockfill dam at Bala Hydropower Station,this article summarizes the supervision work procedures,supervision control points,and quality inspection during the filling process of the dam body,which can be used as a reference for quality control in similar hydropower engineering supervision.
