职业院校产教融合助力产业转型发展研究--以竹溪生漆产业为例

Research on the Role of Vocational College-Enterprise Integration in Facilitating Industry Transformation and Development—A Case Study of Lacquer Industry in Zhuxi

本文以竹溪生漆产业为例,探讨了职业院校通过校企合作,满足产业人才需求,助力产业转型发展。文章在分析竹溪生漆产业发展现状的基础上,针对生漆产业发展痛点,从产教融合的角度,提出助力生漆产业转型发展的措施,为竹溪生漆产业及其他相关产业的转型发展提供有益的借鉴和参考。

This article takes the lacquer industry in Zhuxi as an example to explore how vocational colleges can cooperate with enterprises to meet the talent demands of the industry and assist in its transformation and development.Through an analysis of the current situation of the lacquer industry,addressing the pain points and difficulties in teaching reform at the current stage,and proposing measures to support the transformation and development of the lacquer industry from the perspective of industry-education integration,this paper provides useful references and insights for the transformation and development of the lacquer industry and other related industries.
