家政兴农计划的实施与展开对全面实现乡村振兴具有较大推动作用。结合十堰地域家政兴农计划发展现状与存在的问题出发,立足十堰家政产业发展实际,提出从校地融合、校企合作、完善监督机制等角度不断提升农村地域家政人才培养、强化家政从业人员培训力度与优化家政服务内容标准化等,进而促进地域家政产业的健康发展,不断巩固地域乡村振兴建设成果。

The implementation and expansion of the Rural Revitalization through Home Services Plan play a significant role in fully achieving rural revitalization.In light of the current status and existing issues of the home services plan in Shiyan City,it is essential to focus on the practical development of the home services industry in Shiyan.This entails continuously enhancing the training of rural home services professionals through measures such as campus-local integration,school-enterprise cooperation,and the improvement of supervision mechanisms.Additionally,efforts should be made to strengthen the training of home service practitioners and optimize the standardization of home service content.These measures will promote the healthy development of the regional home services industry,thereby consolidating the achievements of rural revitalization in the region.
