摘要
为研究Gantry磁体的关键技术,设计了一台由螺旋型超导集束缆线绕制的小型斜螺线管二极磁体样机。根据电磁设计,该样机的孔径82 mm,额定工作电流为3.25 kA,预计在4.2 K下达到0.50 T的中心二极场。在均匀电流假设下,Φ54 mm孔径内的磁场均匀度可达到1.47×10^(-3)。未来将完成超导缆线绕制,在77 K和4.2 K下进行电流和场均匀性测试。
A prototype HTS dipole magnet was designed and fabricated to study the key technologies of Gantry magnets.Ac⁃cording to simulations,this magnet prototype will achieve a target dipole field of 0.50 T at 4.2 K in the 82 mm diameter aperture with an operation current of 3.25 kA.The field homogeneity within the 54 mm diameter aperture can reached 1.47×10^(-3)if con⁃sidering a uniform current flow in the cable.This magnet will soon be wound with core cable and undergo current and field homo⁃geneity testing at 77 K and 4.2 K.
