摘要
针对铅酸电池组在高低温环境下性能衰减的问题,制备出相变温度为39.6℃,相变潜热为143.5 J/g的柔性相变材料(PCM),搭建了相变热管理系统,研究PCM对电池组的高低温充放电特性的影响。在-10℃充放电时,PCM可大幅提升电池组的温度,将部分测点温度提升至0℃以上。在40℃高温下,PCM可在充放电过程中显著降低电池组的温度,温度降幅最高为2.9℃。结果表明:PCM可降低高低温下电池的过放过充容量,柔性相变材料可显著提升电池组在高低温环境中的热特性和电特性。
Aimed at the performance degradation of lead-acid battery packs at high and low temperature conditions,a flexible phase change material(PCM)with the phase change temperature of 39.6℃and the latent heat of 143.5 J/g was prepared to set up the phase change thermal management system.The results indicate at-10℃,the temperature of battery pack is significantly raised by adding PCM.Partial area can be increased beyond O℃.At 40℃,the temperature of battery pack was greatly reduced by PCM with the highest increment of 2.9℃during charging.Electric testes indicate the over charge and over discharge capacities are relieved by using of PCM.The thermal and electric properties at low and high temperatures are indeed enhanced by PCM.
