摘要
新媒体背景下,风险放大成为医疗风险事件发展的新趋势。本文立足于风险的社会放大框架(SARF),根据典型医疗案例的具体表现,从感知、言论、行动以及影响四个层面,深入动态探析风险的产生及放大过程,并基于信息传播、反应机制以及涟漪效应三个方面提出风险防范和治理措施的对策与建议。
Under the background of new media,risk amplification has become a new trend in the development of medical risk events.Based on the Social Amplification of Risk Framework(SARF),according to the specific performance of typical medical cases,from the four levels of perception,speech,action and impact,this paper deeply and dynamically analyzed the process of risk generation and amplification.Based three aspect of information dissemination,response mechanism and ripple effect,countermeasures and suggestions for risk prevention and governance measures are put forward.
