针对某化肥厂脱盐水装置离子交换器内部衬胶层频繁出现局部剥离分层、鼓包、龟裂而引发的设备腐蚀、泄漏问题,本文从衬胶材质选择、衬胶与金属表面结合情况、衬胶工作环境以及日常检查与维护等方面进行了原因分析,并提出了简单、快速、实用、可靠的衬胶修补处理措施,保证了脱盐水生产工艺的水质指标和离子交换器设备的运行安全。
