质子泵抑制剂消化系统不良反应的研究进展

Adverse reactions of proton pump inhibitors to the digestive system

质子泵抑制剂可抑制胃酸分泌,保护胃黏膜,是临床治疗胃食管反流病、消化性溃疡、非甾体抗炎药相关性溃疡、幽门螺杆菌感染等疾病的常用药物。但质子泵抑制剂长期应用可引起消化、泌尿、骨骼、免疫、神经系统等多个系统的不良反应,如肠道菌群失调、艰难梭菌相关性腹泻、胃肠道黏膜异常增殖、急性间质性肾炎、骨质疏松症及骨折、变态反应、痴呆等。本文就质子泵抑制剂消化系统不良反应的研究进展作一综述。

Proton pump inhibitors(PPIs)can inhibit the secretion of gastric acid and protect gastric mucosa,and are commonly used in clinical treatment of gastroesophageal reflux diseases,peptic ulcer,non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug associated ulcer,Helicobacter pylori infection and other diseases.However,long-term application of PPIs would cause adverse reactions in digestive,urinary,skeletal,immune,nervous and other systems,such as intestinal flora disorders,Clostridium difficile associated diarrhea,abnormal proliferation of gastrointestinal mucosa,acute interstitial nephritis,osteoporosis,fracture,allergic reactions,dementia and so on.This paper reviews the research progress of adverse reactions of PPIs to digestive system.
