不同母乳喂养问题和使用吸奶器对乳汁不足产妇产后42 d母乳喂养的影响

The Impact of Different Breastfeeding Issues and the Use of Breast Pumps on Breastfeeding in Postpartum Women with Iinsufficient Milk within 42 Days

摘要 目的探讨不同母乳喂养问题、使用吸奶器对乳汁不足产妇产后42 d母乳喂养的影响。方法选取2021年3—10月在金杨社区卫生服务中心接受产后访视的60名产妇为研究对象。通过问卷调查采集产妇的人口学资料,随访其第1次产后访视后7 d内的乳汁分泌情况和产后42 d的母乳喂养情况。分析产后42 d纯母乳喂养率低的影响因素,比较使用和未使用吸奶器产妇产后7 d内的乳汁分泌量。结果60名产妇产后42 d纯母乳喂养率为18.3%。吸奶器使用是产后42 d纯母乳喂养率的影响因素,使用吸奶器的产妇第3、4、5天的日平均泌乳量高于未使用吸奶器产妇,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳汁不足产妇产后42 d的纯母乳喂养率较低,产后访视时医师应指导其正确、合理地使用吸奶器,以增加产后早期的乳汁分泌量,提高纯母乳喂养率。 Objective The impact of different breastfeeding issues and the use of a breast pump on breastfeeding in postpartum women with insufficient milk within 42 days has been explored.Methods Sixty postpartum women who received postpartum visits at Jinyang Community Health Service Center from March to October 2021 were selected as the study subjects.Collect demographic data of postpartum women through a questionnaire survey,and follow up on their milk secretion within 7 days after the first postpartum visit and breastfeeding status on 42 days postpartum.Analyze the influencing factors of pure breastfeeding rate at 42 days postpartum,and compare the milk secretion within 7 days postpartum between women who use a breast pump and those who do not.Results The pure breastfeeding rate of 60 postpartum women for 42 days was 18.3%.The use of a breast pump was a factor that affects the rate of pure breastfeeding on the 42nd day postpartum.The average daily milk production on the 3rd,4th,and 5th days of postpartum women who use a breast pump was higher than those who do not use a breast pump,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The pure breastfeeding rate of mothers with insufficient milk after 42 days postpartum is relatively low.During postpartum visits,they should be guided to use the breast pump correctly and reasonably to increase the secretion of milk in the early postpartum period and improve the pure breastfeeding rate.
