个案管理模式护理联合康复训练用于乳腺癌术后康复的效果

Application of case management mode combined with rehabilitation training in patients with breast cancer after operation

目的:探讨个案管理模式护理联合康复训练用于乳腺癌术后患者康复的效果。方法:回顾性分析广东省中医院2020年1月—2022年12月收治的乳腺癌手术患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组各30例。对照组患者乳腺癌术后接受常规护理管理,研究组患者在对照组基础上接受个案管理模式护理联合康复训练。观察、记录两组患者上肢活动度、生活质量及满意度。结果:护理后90 d,研究组患者肩关节内旋、外旋、前屈、外展、内收、后伸角度均大于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,研究组患者的生活质量评分低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者护理满意度高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取个案管理模式护理联合康复训练对乳腺癌术后患者进行护理,可显著改善患者的上肢功能,有助于提升患者生活质量,提高患者护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the application effect of case management model combined with rehabilitation training in postoperative breast cancer patients.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed for 60 breast cancer surgery patients admitted to Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2022,and were divided into control group(30 cases)and study group(30 cases)by random number table method.The control group patients received routine nursing management after breast cancer surgery,and the patients in the study group received case management mode combined rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.Upper limb mobility,quality of life and satisfaction of the two groups were observed and recorded.Results At 90 days after nursing,the internal rotation,external rotation,forward flexion,abduction,adduction and posterior extension angles in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life scores of the patients in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction of patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The use of case management mode combined with rehabilitation training to nursing postoperative breast cancer patients can significantly improve the upper limb function of patients,help improve the quality of life of patients,and improve patients’satisfaction with nursing.
