摘要
目的探讨揿针疗法联合口肌训练治疗小儿脑瘫流涎及构音障碍的临床效果。方法以河北省儿童医院2022-01—2022-12收治的105例小儿脑瘫流涎合并构音障碍的患儿为对象,口肌训练组52例,揿针联合口肌训练组53例。评价2组患儿流涎治疗效果、教师流涎分级(TDS)及构音障碍治疗效果。结果揿针联合口肌训练组流涎总有效率(96.23%)高于口肌训练组(84.62%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);揿针联合口肌训练组教师流涎分级低于口肌训练组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);揿针联合口肌训练组构音障碍总有效率(90.74%)高于口肌训练组(80.77%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论揿针疗法联合口肌训练治疗小儿脑瘫流涎及构音障碍效果显著,能够有效改善患儿流涎症状,改善患儿的构音功能。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of press-needle therapy combined with oral muscle training in the treatment of salivation and dysarthria in children with cerebral palsy.Methods A total of 105 children with cerebral palsy,salivation and dysarthria who were admitted to Hebei Provincial Children’s Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were divided into oral muscle training group(n=52)and press-needle therapy combined with oral muscle training group(n=53).The therapeutic effects of salivation,teacher drooling sizing(TDS)and dysarthria were evaluated in the two groups.Results The total effective rate of salivation in the press-needle therapy combined with oral muscle training group(96.23%)was higher than that in the oral muscle training group(84.62%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teacher drooling sizing in the press-needle therapy combined with oral muscle training group was lower than in the oral muscle training group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of dysarthria in the prees-needle therapy combined with oral muscle training group(90.74%)was higher than that in the oral muscle training group(80.77%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Press-needle therapy combined with oral muscle training has a significant effect on salivation and dysarthria in children with cerebral palsy,and can effectively improve salivation symptoms and articulation function in children.
