贞莲明目胶囊对非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-1β、肿瘤坏死因子-α等炎症因子的影响

Efficacy of the Zhenlian Mingmu capsules on inflammatory factors as IL-6,IL-1β,TNF-αin non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy

目的:观察贞莲明目胶囊对非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变(Non-proliferative Diabetic Retinopathy,NPDR)患者的白细胞介素(Interleukin,IL)-6、IL-1β、肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(C-reaction Protein,CRP)的影响。方法:选取河北省沧州中西医结合医院内分泌科90例NPDR患者,随机分为羟苯磺酸钙治疗组(对照组)、贞莲明目胶囊治疗组(试验1组)、羟苯磺酸钙联合贞莲明目胶囊治疗组(试验2组),每组30例。三组在常规治疗基础上分别给予羟苯磺酸钙分散片、贞莲明目胶囊、羟苯磺酸钙分散片联合贞莲明目胶囊治疗,疗程3个月。比较治疗前后三组患者的IL-6、IL-1β、TNF-α、CRP的水平。结果:治疗后,试验1组总有效率与试验2组总有效率相比差异无统计学意义,二者均优于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,三组IL-6、IL-1β、TNF-α、CRP水平均下降。与对照组相比,试验1组能进一步改善IL-6、IL-1β、TNF-α,且差异具有统计学意义,两组CRP差异无统计学意义。与试验1组比较,试验2组IL-6、IL-1β、TNF-α、CRP水平均降低。结论:贞莲明目胶囊治疗NPDR效果显著,优于羟苯磺酸钙治疗;贞莲明目胶囊能够明显改善NPDR患者的IL-6、IL-1β、TNF-α水平,二者联合治疗能够明显改善NPDR患者的CRP水平。

Objective:To observe the effects of the Zhenlian Mingmu capsules(贞莲明目胶囊)on interleukin(IL)-6,IL-1β,tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-αin patients with non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy(NPDR).Methods:A total of 90 NPDR patients from the endocrinology department of Cangzhou Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine in Hebei ProvinceOwereselected and randomly divided into the calcium dobesilate treatment group(the control group),the Zhenlian Mingmu capsules treatment group(the experimental group 1),the calcium dobesilate plus the Zhenlian Mingmu capsules treatment group(the experimental group 2),with 30 cases in each group.On the basis of conventional treatment,the three groups were respectively given calcium dobesilate dispersing tablets,the Zhenlian Mingmu capsules,calcium dobesilate dispersing tablets plus the Zhenlian Mingmu capsules for 3 months.The levels of IL-6,IL-1β,TNF-αand CRP in 3 groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,there was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the experimental group 1 and 2,and both of them were better than the control group(P<0.05);compared with before treatment,the levels of IL-6,IL-1β,TNF-αand CRP were decreased in all three groups.Compared with the control group,the experimental group 1 could further ameliorate IL-6,IL-1β,TNF-α,and the difference was statistically significant,but there was no significant difference in CRP between the two groups.Compared with the experimental group 1,the levels of IL-6,IL-1β,TNF-αand CRP in the experimental group 2 were decreased.Conclusion:The Zhenlian Mingmu capsules has remarkable effects on NPDR,which is better than calcium dobesilate.The Zhenlian Mingmu capsules can significantly ameliorate the levels of IL-6,IL-1βand TNF-αin patients with NPDR,and the combined treatment of the two can significantly ameliorate the CRP level in patients with NPDR.
