“女七男八”中医代际视域下的医养结合治未病模式初探

A preliminary study on the mode of treating before illness by combination of medical and health care based on the female-seven and male-eight theory in TCM intergenerational perspective

《黄帝内经》是中国医学理论体系的基础,它对于人体生长周期规律的描述,按照年龄及性别进行了划分。《素问·上古天真论篇》中阐释了“女七”与“男八”的生命规律理论体系,“女七”与“男八”是指女性成长约七年为一周期,而男性成长约八年为一周期,这是人体成长周期的定律。《黄帝内经》中“女七男八”这种生理节律理论,基本可对照当代社会人体的生长发育情况。目前中医形成了一种代际差异视域下的独特人群区分方法,我们称之为中医“人体代”或者“年龄代”。随着现代医疗水平的逐步发展与完善,人类平均寿命正逐年延长,如何防止人口深度老化,减轻由此带来的社会压力,维护社会秩序平稳运行,是中国亟待解决的问题。中医在代际差异视角下的中青年抗老防衰、老年人养老服务偏好、甚至是青少年健康调护等方面具有独特的视角和优势。文章通过对代际视域下划分原则的设计,以期对不同年龄段的人群进行代际差异划分,以便采取对应的调护方式,从而达到比较理想的中医保健、养生效果。

Huangdi Neijing(《黄帝内经》)is the basis of the theoretical system of TCM.In this book,the law of the human body’s growth cycle is described according to age and sex.In Huangdi Neijing,it expounds the theory system of life laws of female-seven and male-eight.Female seven and male eight means that the growth cycle of women is related to number seven(seven years is a cycle),while the growth cycle of men is related to number eight(eight years is a cycle).This is the law of human growthH cycle.The female-seven and male-eight theory in Huangdi Neijing can correspond to the growth and development of human body in contemporary society.At present,TCM has formed a method of distinguishing people from the perspective of intergenerational differences,through this physiological rhythm,people are divided by age and gender,which was called human generation or age generation in TCM.With the gradual development and improvement of modern medical level,the average life expectancy of human beings is increasing year by year.How to prevent the population from aging deeply,reduce the social pressure brought by it,and maintain the smooth operation of social order is an urgent problem for China to solve.Based on the intergenerational differences,TCM has a unique perspective and advantages in the anti-aging of young and middle-aged,old-age services for the elderly,adolescent health care and other aspects.In this article,through the design of the division principle under the intergenerational perspective,the author aims to divide the intergenerational differences among people of different ages,so as to adopt corresponding care methods,and achieve ideal purposes of health care and health preservation effects in TCM.
