摘要
自20世纪70年代引进国外磺化装置以来,磺化装置单套产能历经1 t/h、1.6 t/h、2.5 t/h、3.0 t/h、3.8 t/h、5 t/h等的扩容提升,目前8 t/h磺化装置已工程化。由于磺化产品的生产存在品种较多、单套产能过大、客户订单较小等特点,磺化生产企业对于8 t/h磺化装置尚存疑虑。本文从大型磺化装置如何适应磺化生产企业需求的角度,提出了8 t/h大型磺化装置的工程化装备配置和工程技术路线优化设计,可以使大型磺化装置提高生产效率,与同等产能相比,也可以降低设备投资、产品单耗和人力资源成本,从而实现帮助企业加快推进8 t/h磺化装置的工程化目的。
Since the introduction of foreign sulfonation plants in the 1970s,the capacity of a single set of sulfonation plant has been expanded from 1 t/h to 1.6 t/h to 2.5 t/h to 3.8 t/h to 5 t/h and at present the sulfonation plant of 8 t/h has been engineered.However,manufacturing enterprises of sulfonation are distrustful of 8 t/h sulfonation plant because of the variety of sulfonated products,too large capacity of a single set,and the small orders from customers.To adapt to the needs of manufacturing enterprises of sulfonation,an optimized technical route for large-scale sulfonation units was proposed.The large-scale sulfonation plant not only improved its production efficiency but also could reduce equipment investment,unit consumption of product and human resource cost,which could meet the needs of manufacturing enterprises of sulfonation to accelerate the engineering of 8 t/h sulfonation plants.
