血浆采集机及配套管路融合多项血液治疗的技术研发

摘要 目的 改进现有血浆采集机管理程序和配套使用的一次性管路,将血液采集、三氧治疗、血浆病毒灭活以及回输有效融合于一体,为临床多种疾病提供一种多功能融合的血液治疗技术。方法 在现有国产XJC-2000型血浆采集程序的基础上,将单片机控制方案改进为“控制系统+交互系统”的整体解决方案。在原采集管路的前端连接一个全血采集袋,用于收集血液进行三氧免疫治疗,在血浆收集袋后面连接一套血浆病毒灭活袋,用于自体血浆病毒灭活,最终将处理后的全血和血浆回输给患者,达到治疗疾病的目的。结果 经过模拟试验测试,血浆采集机成功实现了由原来单一血浆采集(去除)功能延伸至多功能血液治疗一体机,扩展了血浆采集机的功能。结论 改进后的血浆采集机和配套管路应用效果良好,提高了血液治疗时效性。 Objective To improve a set of new plasma collector program management and disposable lines to achieve the blood collection,O3 treatment,plasma virus inactivation and return effective integration in order to provide multifunctional fusion blood treatment technology for some diseases.Methods The design abandoned on the NGL XJC-2000 plasma collection procedure,the control scheme of single-chip machine was improved to the overall solution of“control system+interactive system”.A blood collection bag was connected at the front of the line for ozonated-autohemotherapy technology(AOBT)and a set of plasma collection bag was connected for autologous plasma virus inactivation(APVI),so effectivelly integrated two treatment techniques.Results The plasma collector successfully extended the single function of plasma collection to the multifunctional blood therapy integrated machine,which provided more convenience for some patients'blood treatment.Conclusion The fusion of improved plasma collector and the pipelines has achieved good application results,which improved the timeliness of blood therapy treatment.It was worthy of clinical application and promotion.
