基于因子分析的农牧民幸福感指数评价研究

A Study on the Evaluation of the Happiness Index of Farmers and Herdsmen Based on Factor Analysis

全面描述近年来甘南藏族自治州7县1市农牧民的生活状况,呈现精准扶贫、脱贫攻坚的成果,反映民族地区农村居民生活质量的差异性,探索影响农牧民幸福感指数的主要因素.收集,整理甘南藏族自治州各县市农牧民近年来在社会、经济、环境方面的数据,构建不同县域农牧民生活质量评价指标体系,通过SPSS因子分析找到决定农牧民生活质量的关键因子、说明影响幸福感的主要因素,通过因子解释,规划提高民族地区农牧民生活质量的策略.呈现近四年不同县域农牧民生活质量的动态变化,用3个潜在的公因子来描述基本的数据结构,研究结果反映出不同县域农牧民生活质量存在的差异性,探索影响幸福感的主要因素、找到决定农牧民生活质量的关键因子,为提升农牧民获得感的决策给予数据支撑.

Research purposes:To comprehensively describe the living conditions of farmers and herdsmen in 7 counties and 1 city in Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in recent years,present the achievements of poverty alleviation,reflect the differences in the quality of life of rural residents in ethnic areas,and explore the main factors affecting the happiness index of farmers and herdsmen.Research methods:Collect and sort out the social,economic and environmental data of farmers and herdsmen in Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in recent years,build an evaluation index system for the quality of life of farmers and herdsmen in different counties,find the key factors that determine the quality of life of farmers and herdsmen through SPSS factor analysis,explain the main factors that affect happiness,and plan strategies to improve the quality of life of farmers and herdsmen in ethnic areas through factor explanation.Results:The dynamic changes of the quality of life of farmers and herdsmen in different counties in recent four years were presented,and the basic data structure was described by three potential common factors.The research results reflected the differences of the quality of life of farmers and herdsmen in different counties,explored the main factors affecting happiness,and found the key factors to determine the quality of life of farmers and herdsmen,which provided data support for the decision-making to improve farmers and herdsmen's sense of acquisition.
