Situation and Implications of the Development of National DefenseMaritime Transportation in the United States

美国国防海运建设在组织体系、数量规模、作战实践上具有明显优势。通过详细分析美国防海运体系现状、存在问题与其应对措施,从推进国防海运战略发展、增强海运船队发展潜力、健全民船征用法规体系等3个方面提出对我国防海运建设的启示,以此推动我国防海运建设不断深入发展。

The construction of defense maritime transport in the United States has obvious advantages in organizational system,quantity and scale,and combat practice.Through a detailed analysis of the current situation,existing problems,and countermeasures of the U.S.defense maritime system,this paper puts forward the implications for China's defense maritime construction from three aspects:promoting the development of defense maritime strategy,enhancing the development potential of maritime fleet,and improving the legal system of civil ship requisition,so as to promote the continuous and in-depth development of China's national defense maritime transportation construction.
