雄忻高铁地下段工程BIM建模与交付标准框架研究

摘要 雄忻高铁地下段工程是一个多领域、多学科、多专业集成的系统工程,其多行业标准不统一、构件间干涉影响多、行业间融合难度大、一体化建管要求高。为实现雄忻高铁地下段工程多行业数据的有机融合和项目的高质量建设,特制订《雄忻高铁地下段工程BIM建模与交付标准》。首先对标准内容和编制历程进行总结分析,提出了适用于多行业BIM成果融合应用的BIM标准组织架构;其次结合本项目特点,阐明了多行业BIM成果总装集成应用需要规范和统一的关键要素,并进行大体量数据验证;最后指出了本标准的不足和改进方向。对类似项目BIM标准的编制和项目实施具有指导和借鉴意义。 Underground section of Xiongxin High-Speed Railway is a system engineering with multi-field,multi-disciplinary and multi-specialty.In this project,the standards of different domains are not uniform,and interferences between components may appear in anywhere.Thus,it is difficult to integrate all the domains in one BIM software,while the requirements for integrated construction and management are high.In order to realize the integration of multi-industry data and the high-quality construction of the project,the BIM Modeling and Delivery Standards for the Underground Section of Xiongxin High-Speed Railway has been formulated.Based on the summary and analysis of the content and compilation process of this standard,this paper firstly proposes a BIM standard organizational structure suitable for the integration and application of multi-industry BIM models.Secondly,in combination with the characteristics of this project,it clarifies the key elements that need to be standardized and unified for the integrated application of multi-industry BIM models,and conducts large-scale data verification.Finally,it points out the shortcomings and improvement directions of the standard.It can provide guidance and reference significance for the compilation of BIM standards and project implementation for similar projects.The deflection variation of the main girder under the tensioning sequence from short to long cables is smoother,and the stress change in the section is more uniform.From the long cable to the short cable under the sequence of tensioning,the compressive stress reserve at the middle span section lower edge of the side span decreases,close to the limit value of tensile stress.Under this sequence the stress variation amplitude of the pier top cross-section and middle span section is relatively large,which is unfavorable to the structural stress.In practical engineering,the tensioning sequence from short to long cables should be given priority,which can improve the safety and economy of the reinforcement process.
