离合器摩擦片铆接成形伺服油压机的研制

摘要 应用压制铆接工艺将摩擦片固定在离合器的从动盘上,为此伺服油压机需具有超JIS一级精度的平行度和垂直度要求,同时油压机需具有重复压制吨位稳定一致性的要求,因此机床结构要具有高刚度和高可靠性,而电液控制系统则要消除液压冲击和压力过冲现象,将压制力的偏差范围控制在±2%以内,通过工业网关联网宝对机床运行状态数据收集和分析,做好提前预防警示工作,并为今后设计同类要求的机床提供必要的数据支持。 In order to fix the friction plate on the driven plate of the clutch by use of the press riveting process,the servo hydraulic press needs to have parallelism and verticality requirements of over JIS first level of accuracy,as well as stable and consistent repeated pressing tonnage.Therefore,the machine tool structure needs to have high stiffness and reliability.The electro-hydraulic control system needs to eliminate hydraulic impact&pressure overshoot,and control the deviation range of pressing force within±2%.The operation status data of machine tools have been collected and analyzed through the industrial network's associated website.The early prevention and warning work has been carried out,which provides necessary data support for designing machine tools with similar requirements in the future.
