摘要
基于产品焊接工序,设计出一种自动生产线焊接机械手和自动更换存放库,满足自动化冲压焊接生产节拍和质量要求。通过焊接机械手的设计,对主要构成部件进行选取和校核,达到冲压件螺母自动化焊接的目的。为适应不同产品的螺母焊接技术要求,设计出一种机械手存放库,可快速更换和存储焊接机械手,减少设备更换产品停机时间,提高设备利用率。本设计推动了冲压自动化焊接的技术发展,为冲压产品焊接自动化的实施提供一种借鉴和样板。
On the basis of the product welding process,an automatic production line welding manipulator and automatic replacement storage library have been designed to meet the production rhythm and quality require-ments of automatic stamping and welding process.By designing a welding robotic arm,the main components have been selected and verified to achieve the goal of automatic nut welding of stamped work pieces to meet the requirements of nut welding technology for different products,a robotic arm storage library has been de-signed to quickly replace and store welding robots,reduce equipment replacement product downtime,and im-prove equipment utilization.This design promotes the technological development of stamping automation weld-ing,which provides a reference and template for the implementation of stamping product welding automation.
