基于工业机器人的立体仓储系统的设计

摘要 根据系统控制要求,构建以西门子S7-1200型PLC作为系统的主控制器,采用PTP通信方式,实现与ABB工业机器人通信,采用触摸屏实现系统运行状态的监控与控制,采用丝杠滑台机构作为工业机器人的行走轴,结合工业机器人工具架和立体仓库,搭建了实验控制平台。通过安装在立体仓库上的传感器检测对应仓位上的物料信息,并将此信息传递给PLC,PLC与工业机器人实时通信,实现立体仓库上物料的存取。经过反复测试,系统运行稳定,可以顺利实现立体仓库上物料的存取。本系统能够提高立体仓储系统的自动化水平,提升系统工作效率。 According to the system control requirements,a Siemens 7-1200 model has been constructed as the main controller of the system.The PTP communication has been used to achieve communication with industrial robots.The touch screen has been used to monitor and control the system's operating status.The screw slide mechanism has been used as the walking axis of industrial robots,and an experimental control platform has been built by combining industrial robot tool racks and three-dimensional warehouses.By installing sensors on the three-dimensional warehouse,the material information on the corresponding bin has been detected,and this information has been transmitted to industrial robots for real-time communication,achieving the storage and pick-up of materials on the three-dimensional warehouse.After repeated testing,the system runs stably which can smoothly access materials on the three-dimensional warehouse.This system can improve the automation level of the three-dimensional storage system and enhance the system's work efficiency.
