摘要
铝合金锻造轮毂具有高的硬度和较低的重量,能更好地达到减重目标,具有广泛的市场应用价值。轮毂是车辆的主要承载构件,它对车辆行驶的安全性非常关键。为了减少产品开发设计时间,降低产品开发费用,保证高强度铝合金轮毂质量,促进轮毂更新换代,研制和开发车轮工艺十分必要。本文采用SolidWorks 3D建立用于铝合金轮毂锻造的模型。采用DEFROM-3D分析不同温度、不同变形速度下的6061的变形特性,确定其温度范围,为制订生产工艺提供参考。
The aluminum alloy forged wheel has high hardness and lower weight,which can better achieve the goal of reducing vehicle weight which has broad market application value.The wheel hub is the main load-bearing component of a vehicle,which is crucial for the safety of vehicle operation.There are many sizes and external dimensions of wheels.In order to reduce product development and design time,reduce product development costs,ensure high-strength aluminum alloy wheels,and promote new wheel updates,it is necessary to explore and develop wheel process.The SolidWorks 3D has been used to establish a model for forging aluminum alloy wheels in the text.The DEFROM-3D has been used to analyze the deformation char-acteristics of 6061 at different temperatures and deformation speeds,and determine its temperature range.
