不同剂量甲泼尼龙冲击治疗视神经炎的疗效观察

Observation on the efficacy of different doses of methylprednisolone in the treatment of optic neuritis

目的评价不同剂量甲泼尼龙对视神经炎患者进行冲击治疗的临床疗效。方法将2018年4月至2021年4月我院收治的34例视神经炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组给予1000mg甲泼尼龙冲击治疗,对照组给予500mg甲泼尼龙冲击治疗,连续静脉滴注3~5天后序贯减量,改为口服泼尼松(每千克体重1mg)。观察两组患者经治疗后3个月的临床治疗效果及不良反应情况。结果观察组治愈7眼,显效6眼,有效7眼,无效1眼,有效率为95.23%;对照组治愈7眼,显效1眼,有效6眼,无效7眼,有效率为66.67%;观察组疗效优于治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为18.75%(3/16),对照组不良反应发生率为11.11%(2/18),两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(>0.05)。结论1000mg甲泼尼龙组治疗视神经炎临床疗效优于500mg甲泼尼龙组,安全性高,值得临床广泛推广。

Objetive To evaluate the clinical efficacy of different doses of methylprednisolone in the treatment of optic neuritis.Methods 34 patients with optic neuritis treated in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2021 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was treated with 1000mg methylprednisolone and the control group was treated with 500mg methylprednisolone.The clinical therapeutic effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed 3 months after treatment.Results The total effective rate was 95.23%in the observation group and 66.67%in the control group.There was significant difference in clinical treatment effect between the two groups(<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 18.75%.The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 11.11%(2shock 18).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(>0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of 1000mg methylprednisolone group in the treatment of optic neuritis is better than that of 500mg methylprednisolone group.
